Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

At Theinfinitygo, we are committed to delivering quality products and a reliable shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team for a return authorization.

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Returns and exchanges are applicable only if the product is damaged or not working properly.

  • Returns are accepted only for orders placed directly on Theinfinitygo website.

To process a return, customers must share a clear video of the damaged or defective product. Once verified, a return authorization will be issued.

For exchanges, customers are required to place a new order for the replacement product. After verification, we will initiate the return for the original item.

Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • If you do not receive your refund after 5 business days, please contact us at support@theinfinitygo.com.

Non-Returnable / Invalid Reasons

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind after placing the order.

  • Customer no longer wants the product.

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer.

Customers are advised to review product details carefully before placing an order. Once an order is confirmed, it forms a legally binding purchase agreement between the buyer and Theinfinitygo.

Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, please contact us at support@theinfinitygo.com as soon as possible.

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
