• When will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped directly from our warehouses. Due to demand, please allow an estimated 3–8 days for your order to arrive.
• Can I track my order?
Yes — you'll receive an AWB tracking number within 1–2 days of placing your order. If you have any trouble tracking your order, email us at support@theinfinitygo.com.
• Why is my order shipped in different packages?
Multi-item orders may ship from different warehouses depending on availability, so we can get each item to you as fast as possible.
• What if my order gets stuck or lost?
All orders are sent with insured shipping. If a package is stuck, delayed, or lost, we'll send a replacement with quicker shipping and full tracking wherever possible.
